介绍（中）	在古典神话中，潘多拉是众神创造的一个极其美丽的女人，被送到地球上与凡人生活。雷登描绘了她的裸体，处于一种完美的天真状态，周围是鲜花，就像圣经中的伊甸园之夜。传说中，当潘多拉打开怀抱中的盒子时，她释放了所有注定要折磨人类的邪恶，结束了田园诗般的黄金时代。这幅画被认为创作于1914年左右，也就是第一次世界大战前夕，当时和谐被摧毁和混乱被释放的主题可能引起了强烈的共鸣。
介绍（英）	In classical mythology, Pandora was a supremely beautiful woman created by the gods and sent to Earth to live among mortals. Redon depicts her nude, in a state of perfect innocence, and surrounded by flowers, like the biblical Eve in the Garden of Eden. According to legend, when Pandora opened the box cradled in her arms, she released all the evils destined to plague humanity, bringing to an end the idyllic Golden Age. This painting is thought to have been made about 1914, on the eve of World War I, when the themes of harmony destroyed and chaos unleashed may have had heightened resonance.
