　　Icons are small pictures that represent various types of applications and files. There are three types of icons in Windows.
　　Program-item icon represents an application you can start from Windows. Most program-item icons look unique. However，icons for many MS-DOS-based applications are identical. Agroup might contain several MS-DOS-based applications. The icon label is the only way to distinguish which application the icon represents.
　　Application icon represents a programs-item icon(an application)that was stared and then reduced to an icon.
　　Group or document icon generally appears along the lower edge of the application window and represents a group or document window that was reduced to an icaon. This icon can be moved anywhere within the application window.

　　图标是代表不同类型的应用程序和文件的小图形。在WINDOWS中有三种类型的图标。
